Your personal data is not used to draw conclusions about you as a person. Information of this kind is used only to process your online or direct booking, and is evaluated statistically to optimise our web presence and the underlying technology.
Further use by third parties
Your personal data such as name, address, email and the like are not passed on to third parties. Use of Google services
Our website uses various Google Analytics services as described below, a web analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: “Google”).
Google Analytics
We use “Google” Analytics to evaluate user behaviour on our website. “Google” uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these pages, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website and internet use. The purpose of the data processing lies in evaluating the use of the website and in compiling reports on activities on the website. In addition to the purposes explained above, the information you provide is used in accordance with the applicable Google privacy policy. Google may publish aggregated statistics about user activities, or pass these statistics on to our users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or affiliated websites.
Google AdWords
Our website also uses “Google” conversion tracking. If you reached our website via an advertisement served by Google, Google AdWords sets a cookie on your computer. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an advertisement served by Google. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page tagged with a conversion-tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.
Google Maps
On our website we use the “Google” Maps service. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and lets you use the map functionality conveniently. You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google privacy policy. There, in the data protection centre, you can also change your personal privacy settings.
